Jussbuss is a free legal aid clinic run by students. We accept new cases by phove or personal attendance at our office. Bring all the documents that may be relevant to the case. Our processing time is about two weeks, but varies somewhat. If you do not have the opportunity to contact us by phone, you can submit your case electronically. See more info on case prototypes and electronic submission under. We're sorry to say that we do not accept contact by e-mail, and that such inquiries will be ignored.
Important! Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some technical problems. It is therefore not possible to submit new cases or to upload documents relevant to your case through our website. We are still able to accept new cases over the phone or at our offices – see opening hours above.
If you already have a case worker at Juss-Buss you can reach us between 10 am and 3 pm, every week day except Thursdays.
Jussbuss accepts new cases on at the following time every week:

Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Submit case electronically
If you do not have the opportunity to contact us during our opening hours, you can also contact us electronically by pressing "new case". Cases submitted for electronic criminal charges will not be processed until the next ordinary criminal case.
