Receiving new cases over the phone:
Monday from 12:00 to 15:00 and Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00 or 17.00 to 20.00.
Receiving new cases by personal attendance:
Monday from 12:00 to 15:00 and Wednesday from 17:00 to 20:00.
Opening hours for those who have registered a case at JURK:
Monday from 09.00 to 15.00, Tuesday from 09.00 to 15.00, Wednesday from 09.00 to 15.00, Thursday from 09.00 to 13.30 or Friday from 09.00 to 12.00.

Unfortunately, we do not respond to legal inquiries we receive by e-mail. JURK notes that we do a written assessment of all cases, and that the processing time for each case is three weeks.
