Opening hours for those who have registered a case at JURK:

Monday from 09:00 to 15:00, Tuesday from 09.00 to 15.00, Wednesday from 09:00 to 15:00 by Thursday from 09:00 to 13:30 and Friday from 09.00 to 12.00.

You can also register your case here: Send us your case, when your case is registered, one of our case workers will contact you during our office hours.

Additional information:

Unfortunately, we do not respond to legal inquiries we receive by e-mail. JURK notes that we do a written assessment of all cases, and that the processing time for each case is three weeks.
