On Friday 31 October 2025, Unio, Akademikerne and the employer at UiO signed the protocol of the local wage negotiations according to the Main Collective Agreement, section 2.5.1. The framework for the wage settlement was 3.3 %.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, we are sharing NARs new action plan for equality and diversity. The action plan was adopted by the NAR Executive Board in 2024 and has just been published. 

On Friday 14.02.25, Unio, Akademikerne and the employer at UiO signed a protocol from the local wage negotiations (BCA 2.5.1). The framework for this year's wage settlement was 2.7 %.

On Wednesday 20 November, the National Wages Board published the rulings in the salary settlement in the state. It was decided that the settlement should be within a financial framework that gives an estimated annual wage growth from 2023-2024 of 5.2 percent. However, due to wage carry-over and wage drift, the actual framework for the local negotiations will be 2.7% for 2024.
