The parties affiliated with Unio and Akademikerne's basic collective agreement at UiO have agreed on a general percentage increase of 2.1% for all our members. In addition, individual negotiations will be carried out in January and February in accordance with the rest of the share of the pot of 0.6%.
The deadline for completing the local wage negotiations at UiO is 15 February, and the members who have submitted claims to the 2.5.1 negotiation will be notified the following week.
The effective date for salary increase for Unio members at UiO will be 5 June 2024 and the general percentage supplement and any individual salary increase will be paid by the employer in March or April 2025.
