PhD Breakfast Club: Imposter Syndrome

In this edition of the PhD (and Postdoc :)) Breakfast Club, we will discuss about Imposter Syndrome, how to relativise it and mitigate its effect.

Free Breakfast will be served from 8.30, so sign up below. Start your day well!

Imposter Syndrome - Is It Real?

Hugo de Boer is a professor and group leader at the Natural History Museum, UiO. He leads Plant.ID, an EU project on molecular identification of plants, a UiO: Life Science Convergence Environment, and ForBio - Research School in Biosystematics. At this PhD Breakfast Club, he doesn't want to tell you about any of this, but instead he wants to talk about imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome probably affects most of us, and can seriously affect our mental health, confidence, and happiness. The talk aims to analyze and relativize imposter syndrome, as well as provide insights to mitigate its effects.

Postdocs are very welcome to attend :)
