This time our guest will practice low-cost, green travel at its best: Tianfang Yang, PR officer at UiODoc and PhD Candidate at PROMENTA Research Center, Department of Psychology, UiO, will literally walk for 10 minutes from his office in forskningsparken to our upcoming PPDC for a discussion on Mission Impossible: PhD and Mental health. His presentation will cover cynical perspectives such as "the nature of PhD work against mental health", "how failed self-care makes you feel worse", and, of course, a few things that we can still do. Regarding his expectations, he said: "I hope it can be a helpful, enjoyable, or at least either helpful or enjoyable, dinner club for everyone. And at least, I won't be your enemy who stands between you and free dinner + meeting new friends, which are actually two very good things for mental health."

*If you have dietary restrictions, make sure to sign up at least one week earlier so we can prepare:)

Looking forward to seeing you then!
