We're Looking for Two Representation Officers, join us as a board member of UiODoc!

Are you interested in joining UiO doc as a board member? We are currently seeking two dedicated individuals to join us as Representation Officers.

As a Representation Officer, you'll be the key link between our members and the administration. You'll represent our members in various forums and meetings with the administration, gather input from temporary staff representatives and members, and synthesize this information to support appropriate representation. • Represent UiODoc in various forums and meetings with the administration.
  • Maintain contact and gather input from temporary staff representatives through biannual meetings and email.
  • Gather member input via annual surveys, social media polls, and other tools.
  • Synthesize member input for effective representation.

Why Join UiODoc?

  • Work with a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Develop valuable skills in representation and communication.
  • Make an impact to better the conditions for temporary staff.
  • Make friends and strengthen your network.
  • Gain insights and overview over UiO as an organization.

If you're enthusiastic about representing UiODoc, or want to be involved more as a board member, please contact the UiODoc president, Karl Henrik Storhaug Reinås at karlhr@uio.no or the whole board at styret@uiodoc.no.
