On Monday 30.10.2023 we had a meeting with the central administration as they were interested in our survey findings in relation to a project they are working on: career development for young researchers at UiO.
We presented our findings from the survey that we conducted between December 2022 and February 2023, more specifically our findings related to the following questions:
- Do you have access to the necessary training to remain up-to-date in your research field?
- How easy do you find it to find relevant courses?
- Would you consider taking courses at other institutions or universities in Norway?
- In which of the following areas are you aware of UiO-support? (answers include "Career development")
- Which of the following areas are important for you? (answers include "Career development")
- Which of these areas is the most important for you? (answers include "Career development")
