Café

As a lot of students experience during all the years of hard studying, there is one thing you need to get through all the lectures early in the morning (hey! 2PM can be early!), and that is: coffee.

As a volunteer in the Café, you work two hours a week at a fixed time. There are three shifts each day, 10 - 12 pm, 12  - 2 pm and 2 - 4 pm. When you work in the café, you make waffles and coffee drinks and tea, whilst chatting with costumers.
You will be working under a daly manager who is
responsible for running the café one fixed day a week. They open and close the café, count the register when it's closing time and make the waffle batter before opening hours.

The benefits for our volunteers:

We have the same benefits as all other volunteers in RF. That is discounted prices in the bar, cheaper coffee and tea (also coffee-drinks) and you get to participate on our volunteer parties. In addition to this, you get a free waffle when you work, and if you're in the closing shift you get a free soda. And then there is the Café Dinner, which takes place toward the end of each term, where we serve a nice little dinner as a gest of gratitude for your help.
