A large part of Jussbuss’ work is directed at changing legal policies. We promote our clients' views in the political debate based on the experience from our casework.
For us it is important to be able to use our experience to express concern about gaps and weaknesses in the legislation. We often experience that our clients have a difficult time getting their voice heard in legislative processes. In the areas we specialize in, we actively contribute with our experience in political processes to improve the legal framework.
Jussbuss is a keen consultation body and provide answers to the hearings we believe are important to our clients. We also participate in policy meetings and speak up in the media about matters we face in our casework. Unfortunately, consultation answers are only available in Norwegian.
