Do you have a case you need assistance with?
Jussbuss accepts new cases every Monday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This can range from short legal questions to larger matters. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to respond to new questions outside these times. If the deadlines in your case expire before the next opening hours, you can try to contact us outside of the opening hours, but we cannot guarantee that a caseworker will be available.
To remedy limited access to phone in prisons, inmates in prison may contact Jussbuss every day between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m..

Personal attendance: You can come to our offices in Skippergata 23 (The yellow house right next to the "Subway"). The office is within walking distance of the Oslo Central Station. Below you can see maps and pictures of the office. If the map is not visible, press here.
Electronic case acceptance portal: You can also register your case through our website by clicking here. When your case is registered, one of our caseworkers will contact you after the next opening hours.
Unfortunately, Jussbuss does not accept e-mail inquiries. If you do not have the opportunity to contact us during our opening hours, you can register your case here and one of our caseworkers will contact you.

Jussbuss receives a number of inquiries from newspapers, politicians, institutions and organizations who asks for statements or requests visits by us. If you would like more information about this, or have other similar questions, please contact the general manager, Eskil Vik Urdal. We note that the general manager is not a case worker, and does not process legal cases. If you would like assistance with a case or legal question, please contact us as mentioned above.
