Bridge masters has a lot of bridge exercises on five different levels. In each exercise, you get to see the whole auction, and you are to be declarer. So you just play. If you do not follow the optimal strategy, the opponents cards will re-arrange, resulting in a failed contract. Under "show solution", you can find a walkthrough of the game, explaining the point of the exercise. There are a lot of techniques illustrated here. You do not need an account at BBO to play Bridge masters.
