Gallabreakfast

The Gallabreakfast is the Realist Societys celebration of May 17th.(more on this day on Wikipedia). Here is a nice breakfast buffet, speeches, toasts, music, a parade and someone gets to swim in a fountain.

This obviously takes place on the morning of May 17th, when the spring is showing itself from its best side and we can all remember nice dresses, ice-cream, sodas and the good times of yesteryear. Additionally there are some historical aspects to this day, as many of the party-traditions experienced are more than 150 years old. This is how the students partied in the early 1800s, drinking beer like a runner drinks water during a burning hot New York Marathon. There's never a dull moment on this Gallabreakfast and it should absolutely be experienced!
