At UiO, the parties have agreed that we will negotiate without asking you to submit individual claims this year. This is because funds are limited and the negotiation deadline is very short. The parties enter negotiations on the distribution of funds via collective means, aiming to ensure a salary development for all members as outlined in the basic collective agreement and the local salary policy.
Salary adjustments will be effective as of October 1st 2020. Negotiations will be completed by November 30th 2020.
