ForVei: How is working from home affecting us and what can we do to cope with it?

As of late October, we are all once again told to work from home as much as practically possible. But how does this affect us, and what can we do about it?

The COVID-19 is still a novel virus, and the pandemic has posed a novel way of life for all of us. In this Covid-19 reality we’re living, for many of us our home is our workplace and our screens are our main connection to people beyond our household. As the duration of this situation is still unknown, we want to use this session to reflect upon how we can maintain our well-being and keep focused during this working-at-home situation.

Ilan Dehli Villanger and Linda Therese Sørensen Westgaard work as senior advisers for the ForVei counsellor service counseling service at the MatNat Faculty. We are lucky to have them with us for this event and excited for their talk on this very timely topic!

This will be an interactive event where it will be possible to ask questions and give comments to our speakers. If you would like to attend anonymously you are welcome to do so, just remember to edit your Zoom name before logging in.

Please register to receive the Zoom link the day before the event:

Please note to log in 5 minutes before the start of the talk at 12:55, so we can start smoothly.
