The yearly annual meeting will be held in Auditorium 4 in the Science Library, starting at 18.00. Our regular club evening will not start until after the meeting is over.
Only members can participate and vote in the yearly annual meeting. It is possible to register as a member on the event. See the page on membership for more details.
The official invitation for the meeting with agenda will be published later, in Norwegian only. Other relevant papers, also in Norwegian only, will be published here closer to the meeting.
Despite all the papers being in Norwegian, the meeting leader will speak English at the meeting if requested.
