Salary adjustment in accordance with section 2.5.5 in the basic collective agreement says that the employer should evaluate an employee's salary level within 12 months after employment, and in the event of a transition from a temporary to a permanent contract.
Salary adjustment in accordance with section 2.5.5 in the basic collective agreement is not automatic, but the central wage settlement negotiations in 2022 changed the wording in the basic collective agreement (new wording of section 2.5.5 item 3 above). From 2022, it is mandatory for the employer to do the evaluation of the salary adjustment in accordance with section 2.5.5 in dialogue with the employee in question.
