UiODoc would like to invite you to "Eliminate stress: how to manage Your PhD/postdoc project more effectively?", a Self-management seminar with a focus on project-, time and stress management enabling you to improve your work habits.
UiODoc is back with another exciting seminar for the Fall semester! For those of you who have not heard of us, UiODoc is an interest organization working to improving both the academic and social atmosphere for PhD students and Postdocs at UiO.

Our next seminar is entitled: "Eliminate stress: how to manage your PhD or Postdoc project more effectively". Whether your work habits require attention, or you have robot-like productivity, this seminar will provide you with helpful tools for improving your project-, time-, and self-management.

Our invited speaker will be Stein D. Wesenberg from GK Change AS (http://www.geelmuyden-kiese.no/author/stein-wesenberg/). Stein graduated from UiO with a degree in Occupational and Organization Sociology and has over 15-years experience managing projects in both the private and public sectors. We are happy to have Stein share some of the tools he has picked up during his career that we hope will help you manage and take some stress out of your PhD or Postdoc project!

This is an open event, but please register at https://nettskjema.no/a/61779.html.

We hope to see you all on the 29th!
